From a very young age I have been drawing and painting, selling my first portrait at the age of 12.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology I returned to Perth and worked in a number of Advertising Agencies as a Graphic Designer and Illustrator.

For a number of years I lived in Geraldton and established my own business Hand Print Designs, where the focus was on Textile Design and silk-screening.

After returning to Perth I gained a Post Graduate Degree in Tertiary Teaching at Curtin University and for the last 7 years I have been teaching Visual Arts.

My love for art, in particular portrait painting, is a reflection of my first passion.
