    If you are buying via this company, please don't take there word for anything they say. Get it in writing. So i bought a retail shop from them. The shop had some fittings and accessories. Every time i asked them to confirm if that comes with the sale, they confirmed Yes. In front of everyone at the auction, in front of the evaluator etc. I never thought to get it in writing as this was said so many times and in front of so many ppl. My fault I didn't get it in writing. On last inspection those things were there as well so all good. next day was Settlement. I got keys , went in and saw it all empty. when I asked them, some other guy talks to us and says no no who said it was all included. We told them a staff told us yesterday during last inspection as well..And than he says ooh hes gone overseas=how convenient!!
    Now we putting together a lawsuit against this. How come the things have disappeared after last inspection and no1 can say who took it !!!
