My mother had a serious knee injury interstate. She contacted many law firms in the area, however the only one who assured her she had a good chance of success was Gerard Malouf and Partners. She was then appointed to deal with one of the most successful and most qualified lawyers in the firm, Reg Kolokossian. It was a difficult case which required a lot of time and a high degree of expertise. Reg Kolokossian did exactly what was required to help my mother in every single way. Overall, Gerard Malouf and Partners met and passed all our expectations, and the final result reflected their hard work and dedication.

This firm was the best litigation law firm I have dealt with , They gave me a promise to keep me informed with every thing they were doing,they promised to get me the very best result they possibly could,gave the correct advise and were always there to accommodate me when I needed help, all these promises I thought it must be a joke .I thought it was all about them, how wrong could I have been . Everything they promised they delivered and more . I got the best result I could have ever wanted and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. GERARD MALOUF AND PARTNERS are the best .

I thought I could trust the Green slip insurer to tell me my rights ... I was wrong .. I needed Gerard Malouf and Partners to fight for me and get my maximum entitlements .. They did exactly that .. I put my trust in them and I wasn't disappointed

Emails, phone calls etc that I sent went unanswered and I was having to constantly chase them to do things. A lot of my original paperwork got "lost" and it was up to me to chase up more paperwork for them... time consuming for me... my experience was that I could have got alot more attention. I settled quickly just to finalise dealings with this firm.

Gerard Malouf and Partner are the most professional law firm I have ever used . They were very helpful and informative with all aspects of my case . Great result and no frustration thats what someone needs when dealing with a law firm. Very friendly and understanding with my needs. Was unimpressed with the level of service offered by this company. Phone calls, emails and letters remained unanswered many times throughout my dealings with them & I eventually agreed to settle rather than going to court with the possibility of more money so that I could finalise my dealings with GMP.

They did win me the case but it was no where near what I believed it could be.

  I totally DISAGREE! My experience was quite the contrary. They were extremely professional, were always on top of everything and informed me about all aspects of my case every step of the way.

  How can everything above be totally wrong when it was MY experience and MY review. Just because you had a better experience doesn't mean that mine was the same. I'm happy that you had a good experience with GMP and were happy with the results but mine was far from this. Obviously the service is subjective to what you expect as a customer but there are some hard facts with my case that include important files from 3rd parties being lost by GMP and them expecting me to pay for them, this is a fact and in my view unacceptable. There are also a number of lawyers within the practice so perhaps you had a better experience with yours.
  I stand by my review that I wasn't happy with the service & settled rather than continuing to fight the case as I didn't want to deal with GMP any longer. If other people had better service I'm happy for them but I would not recommend this company to any friends, family or colleagues.
