The range is staggering; from basic herbs to exotic mixtures from around the world; curries, dukkah, and even a section devoted to sweet spices for baking. And all arranged neatly and labelled clearly with explanations of their ingredients and uses. But the best part of all is that each spice is sold by the gram, so you can buy as much or as little as you need. I will certainly be back, and I recommend Gewurzhaus to everyone who cooks, as a source of both seasoning and inspiration.
