The location is easy to get to with plenty of parking out the front. Some of the steps are a little step so be mindful of these. When walking in the front door, you immediately come to the bar. When I dined there, there we no patrons at the bar so it was easy to move around, however if the bar had some patrons, I do believe it would be a little difficult to move. The decor was tasteful and stylist with a pleasant atmosphere. The chairs were comfortable and the tables were nicely spaced so that the staff and diners could easily move around. You also didn't feel like the table next to you could hear everything you were saying. The staff were friendly and attentive. Always smiling and polite. The food was to die for, but a little expensive for the serving size, however as the staff were so friendly and the food was amazing, if a little on the small side, I will be going back.

IT'S not hard to love Gigi's on George in East Fremantle. For a start it's on George St, which is one of my favourite streets in the metro area.

Lined with cute little cottages, galleries, unique shops and charming eateries, it’s a street that just makes you feel good. I loved Gigi’s in its previous incarnation as Cafe Amadeus, which stylishly introduced the pack to vibrant cafe culture in the 1980s. But the old renovated house has gone all upmarket with a new fit-out featuring high-back leather chairs and expensive artworks. The food, described as southern European, is now a few steps up from cafe style as well (despite the reference to “bruchetta”, which comes topped with mushroom mousse).
