    well i must say the staff were very friendly and so was the vet considering my dog did try to go for them, they handle him very well and even gave me some advice on how to keep him calm, any animal Ive had i have always taken them to him, he knows what his doing and he cares for the animals, the staff were help full and i would recommend him to all my friends i am even considering boarding my dog there as well when we go away, i have been to other vets and they were not friendly at all, specially when u have a staffii x they become very judgemental but with Gill ave vet they don't care what type of dog u have their main concern is looking after your animal and giving the best care they can, very happy with their service

    I went in to have my cat disexed, i called as well they were very rude, unprofessional, although the vet knew exactly everything i needed to know i was comfortable to let her stay the night and go through with the procedure, i went there to pick her up the next day at 6.20pm and they were closed. I beeped, rang the door bell and called, there was no answer. Before i left her in there they specifically told me they closed at 7pm and they knew what time i would be in to pick her up. Once the cat was ready they could have called to let me know everything went fine and i could come to get her. I'm am not happy with the service and the way they have dealt with the situation. I will not be coming back and will not be giving them a good review to whoever asks me. I am yet to pick her up and i will not be paying for her 2nd night. Really angry.

    The vet seems to know what he's talking about but the staff is unfriendly and needs to learn customer service. I also rushed my dog there and the vet was more then willing to help me out and has been great but the staff just wants the cash paid and not willing to help in any way. This isnt my regular vet although he is closer to home, but I doubt I will go back because of the satff.

    these guys are a well manered bunch the vet is a good vet knows his stuff, they helped me out when I rushed in( before they where even open) with my dog when he took aturn for the worst ( bad case of heat stress) I nearly lost him but the fact that they where not open didnt stop him. thanks guys! the bad side was that when i couldnt pay in full it took a long and unhappy phone call to their boss to work out a payment agreement. that I knew I would beable to aford. but i am jus greatfuly that they where able to save 'me boy'.
