    Unhelpful. Unproffesional. I went in looking for a mesh summer jacket. I couldn't see what I needed so I approached the sales desk. The staff member was with someone so I waited. When they were finished, I was ignored while he wrote some notes and then made a phone call. An acknowledgement or "I'll be with you in a moment" would have been nice. So I waited. I was finally acknowledged by a direct stare that Barbara from bank world would have given. I explained what I was looking for and was told that "Everything that's available is over there". I mentioned I had already looked and would like some assistance to which he said he would be over soon. I waited. He met me at the jackets section and I again explained what I was after to which he replied "Like I told you before, everything we stock is already here". I said "I've already looked and can't find what I'm looking for, are you able to at least point me in the right direction or highlight some brands that I might find?" The response was "You just have to look yourself". "So you can't help me any further than that, right?". "Pretty much" was the answer. I left. It's not often I get angry with bad service but this guy treated me with contempt.
    I went to another motorcycle accessories store who was happy to help and they got my business.
