Celebrated Brisbane chef Gillian Hirst, famous for her sandcrab lasagne, the signature dish of Il Centro, has now opened a modest cafe serving delicious European inspired breakfasts and lunches opposite the Coorparoo Markets. Daily blackboard specials, modest prices and Di Bella coffee. Takeaway portions of that classic sandcrab lasagne are available too.
