    This is the cheapest teppanyaki you'll find in Melbourne. For such a great price, you wouldn't expect the food to be good but it is. The meal is a decent size and super tasty. My only complaint is that the chefs aren't very exciting but you still get the standard tricks out of them.

    I'm such a huge fan of Ginza! Right in the heart of China town it is a must visit in Melbourne! Every time my dad is in town it's the first place we head too. They have a selection of set menus that are very user friendly, (as well as a regular menu for those not in the mood for teppanyaki) and a full bar to wet your whistle too! The owner is a delightful man that always greets us so warmly and knows us by name. They also have a huge photo wall in the foyer, that is a must see when you get there.
    I can agree that the prices are not the cheapest but it is what I would expect to pay for quality food. And scallops to die for! The normal theatrics of teppanyaki dining are not missed on these guys, but they are very respectful if you dont feel like having your food thrown at you from across the room too. I recommend it to first time and 400th time teppanyaki diners, you wont be disappointed by their food, staff and fun atmosphere!
    Definitely give the deep friend green tea ice cream a go too!

    I always have a good time and great meal when I go to Ginza Teppanyaki. The teppanyaki is great, your standard entertainment with chefs tossing food about (you get bibs to wear). The a la carte menu is good too. As with most Japanese places in the city, the prices are a little steep but the food really is fresh and delicious. The a la carte dining area is a little dated looking but forget about it and concentrate on the wonderful food. Service is always excellent.
