i really do not know where and what the 2 previous reviewers are referring to but i live on the north side and travel for work. when ever i am in the area i will make time to pop in and buy a coffee or stay for lunch. I have even brought friends over for dinner. i have never experienced anything like what these reviewers are indicating.
there are not many cafe bars in Sydney that provide this much value for money with a smile and friendly service, I HIGHLY recommend it and suggest try for yourself.
Maybe Im just easy to please but ambiance and value here are outstanding -

I have to agree with the last person who posted here, I used to come here for coffee purely out of convenience, but there is zero customer service. I don't think they made eye contact for more than a second as the staff are usually too busy talking to each other and you basically feel ignored while they gossip like 15 year old girls. I will now go somewhere else for my coffee (which is average) even if it is out of the way as I do not want to be supporting this cafe. -

I am upset at the service of this place. DON"T GO THERE. Their signs are not clear for where to enter for parking and if you accidentally make a mistake and enter the wrong way, you will be humiliated. Bad attitude, very unfriendly and rude. I left quicksmart. They lost a customer, but word of bad service also spreads quickly. Big mistake.
