Possible the worst customer service I've ever had. Arrived there with a groupon voucher that I had purchased to be greeted by a really unfriendly hair dresser and told that my voucher was only valid for a half head of highlights when I had in fact paid for a full head. I tried to explain this but was abruptly told that If i wanted a full head I would have to pay extra. I ended up having to go to an internet cafe and pay $4 to print out the actual receipt for the voucher to prove I had paid for the full head to which she still tried to argue with me that I was not entitled to a full head. Eventually another hair dresser intervened and got her to check the reference number on the voucher which proved I had paid the full price. With no so much as an apology she proceed to do my hair but insisted any mixing of colours (standard practice with highlights) would cost extra, or if I wanted balayage that would also cost extra- none of which were mentioned on the voucher. The voucher stated that balayage was redeemable. The same hair dresser then began to bicker with another one at the sinks over who had washed the most heads that day, whilst all the customers listened on. The colour actually turned out quite nice just a shame they have no idea how to treat their customers.
