After trying several well known and established mini parts dealers and being run around through true local we found the importer of my mini. Not listed in any other directory or advertisment. Ordered the parts and money taken the next working day from account in NOV 2010. We were very understanding knowing the parts are comming from the UK. In Dec 2010, the UK had the blizzards, an understandable delay. Then we had the floods in BRIS in 2011. Totally understandable but what really got my goat and I believe others should know about is three weeks after the flood, for 2 weeks this man said he would send those parts to us and for two weeks we waited patiently. In the end I asked my parents who would be travelling back thru brisbane to pick them up for us, we asked for glens address and told him when they were expected through. The man had the gall to have a go at them because they were a day early! parts came with no packaging, no invoice nothing. We were charged $450 when they could have only cost $200 for all we know! Bad service

Glen Carpenter is a great mechanic, working on minis and rotarys. He has had a few site changes over the years but his quality to detail has never been left behind. If you are lloking for a good service for your vehicle give Glen a call.
