    At first visits, I would agree with the previous reviews. Picking up a few more parcels there since, they were not so bad after all. Gruffness and roughness was their nature but upon observing and listening and being polite on out part, they are not people who smile easily and act super friendly, but they are well mannered. Yes, sometimes a wait was inevitable while parcels are being searched at the back but I could honestly say that they tried their best. Dropping hints, when applicable, could make the process of finding the parcels easier and faster too.

    These people have on numerous occasions completely lost parcels that were waiting for me to collect in some part of their store. You are guaranteed to stand there for ten minutes to accomplish anything basic, they are extremely unfriendly as well.

    Disgusting in every possible way, avoid. My stomach turns every time I Have to go here to pick up a package because I know I'll be treated like crap and it's just a negative ordeal. I don't think they're doing as post any favors.

    Wow I feel so much better... (and worse) that people have had the same experience... I absolutely dread having mail delivered because of this post office. I now get it sent to my work to avoid the headache. I have an item that I have to pick up tomorrow however... I really hope they read some of these posts and start to care a little... I mean what happened to customer service people??? You obviously have no idea!

    Unfortunately, due to where I live I have to deal with this post office every time I get a parcel delivered. I experience being ignored and having rude service on every encounter in addition to having to wait while they fumble around to find my parcel that they often query whether they actually have (due to their poor book keeping and filing system). I am currently at this moment trying to call them to confirm they have a parcel I did not receive a collection slip for, however no one is answering the phone! After I collect this parcel I am going to redirect my mail to my work address so I do not have to deal with these people ever again!

    Had to make an account just to share my thoughts on this.

    Its been said before here but the staff are the rudest people I've met. Not helpful, blunt and downright depressing. Asked for my parcel after I received a Sorry We Missed You card, and I was the only one in the store, they said they were too busy and to come back the next day.

    Avoid at all costs!

    Extremely rude staff, as mentioned by others avoid this place like the plague. If you're unfortunate enough to have your item sent to this post office then good luck. You'll practically get rude attitude from the staff behind the counter for daring to ask for your item, following this they'll pretend to look through a dilapidated old exercise book that dates back to the early 17th century for your entry and no doubt fail to locate it.

    Aside from the fact that this is a depressing, run down little dump of a shop, strewn with boxes and parcels I was just overwhelmed by the rudeness of the staff behind the counter who I can only presume is the owner. Steer clear!

    The staff are so rude and will flat out refuse to give you your mail if they cant find it or feel they are too busy to locate it. Avoid this place when ever possible.
