Every time I step foot in this Medicare centre I regret it. I never feel that the doctors have time for me and the reception staff are so rude! The first thing they say to you when you walk in is that there is a 2 hour wait not hello or can i help you. I don't mind waiting for a doctor however they really set the mood with there rudeness. They can at least be nice and understand. Never again will i step foot in the place.

  I couldn't agree more. I went in there for the first time today and i have never experienced such rude receptionists. I handed my medicare card to see a doctor and sat down to wait. I was there for an hour and people who came after me were being seen. When i asked reception she said oh ok your name was on the bottom you didn't tell us you came back, yet i had been waiting there the whole time. The lady was very abrupt and rude. I definitely wont be going back there!!
