    I've had a gliderol roller door with remote for around 7 years. In that time the motor has had several problems. I eventually decided to replace the door. I called gliderol who said a representative would call me back in about 3 days.....I never received the phone call. I am disappointed that I couldn't speak with someone immediately and to be told a 3 day wait is outrageous. Not recommended at all.
