    I went to Windsor for the markets on the weekend and as usual I seek out the local Gloria jeans. This was my first time in Windsor and they seemed very busy. I placed my order for 2 coffees, both different types of coffee and different sizes, but nothing fancy.

    I waited a long time for the second coffee, it was just sitting there whilst the staff worked on other things.

    They gave me a small coffee instead of a large when I had ordered a large, this may not seem like a big deal but whenever you order something you expect to receive what you ordered.

    I said to the staff that I had ordered a large, the staff walked away and came back and said it went through the system as a small so I paid for a small, staff then wanted me to pay the difference and wait again for a fresh coffee.

    Wasn't worth the wait so I left disappointed by the poor customer service. Both coffees tasted a little weak as well. Again no big deal but I really enjoy my coffee and this ruined the experience.

    How is it possible to find such rude staff. Nothing like my normal Gloria Jeans experience. Ordered and paid for a coffee as per usual. After 10mins and a few other customers being served I politely asked for my coffee and they said "Sorry its coming". 10 mins later I asked again, now the staff claim I never ordered (or paid) for it!! Being accused of lying and pretty much trying to get a free coffee, is a bit much considering I actually paid for it and the staff are too interested in who's going on their lunch break.

    Normally get great service and great coffee from Gloria Jeans but not in Windsor or Chatswood (Borders). Simply put, try one of the nice country friendly cafes nearby this Gloria Jeans are totally rude and hopeless. Have contacted Gloria Jeans for a chance to respond before posting this, but no nothing.
