    I have just purchased 2 products from Gloria Jeans at Windsor and am disgusted in the service that I received. Not only was my order taken whilst making another coffee, I was huffed at when he realised that I needed 2 coffees and he would need to stop what he was doing to input my 'complicated order' into the system. Asking to swap a blended drink to simply over ice was also quite an inconvenience. There was no smile and no positive customer experience whatsoever.
    If you do not/cannot at least pretend to care about your customers I suggest you are in the wrong industry and should consider an office role. I figure you are capable of positive interactions with other peole due to the giggling and mumbling with your female colleague behind the counter.

    Admittedly I never buy coffee from Gloria Jean's and prefer to get my coffee from an independent business, I have ventured in there twice to purchase 6 x espresso shots as I was making a Tiramisu.
    When I placed my order of 6 x espresso shots, on both occasions I was shot the dirtiest look. I felt I had to defend myself and let the staff member know that 'I'm making a Tiramisu..'
    Even if I was going to drink it.. if I'm paying for the strange coffee order there's no need for that kind of look.
