Fresh tasty food and good coffee. This Cafe is centrally located in the Harbourtown shopping complex. The interior is spacious, with modern decor in smart chocolate and burgundy with highlights of orange, and large coffee murals. The large variety of drink choices is featured on the wall and a range of tempting lunch food options are displayed in a glass cabinet beside the serving area. There is good seating with table options and a relaxing lounge near the entrance, outside that, a covered al fresco area. We chose from the cabinet, a Ham, Cheese Bacon & Chicken, Bacon, Cheese on Turkish, both were toasted and delicious. We finishing with two large latte,s. The coffee could not be faulted, well made, good crema, with lingering slightly acidic after taste. (Rwanda, voted one of the worlds top coffee's). The objective of the Gloria Jean's franchise for fresh food, good coffee and comfortable seating has been well maintained. Being lunch time they were understandable busy, but we found the service excellent, the staff friendly. The ambience was, cosy and relaxing. A top franchisee.
