Let's just say I had to go to another salon to fix the embarassent I walked out with.Fringe was cut wrong and I have layers that look like chunks. Would not recomend to anyone.

decided to try somewhere new, and it really paid off. best haircut i've had in a long time, the girls were very polite and genuinely cared about what they were doing. the salon is also very beautiful, definately be coming back!

This place is shocking since the new management took over,my friends and i have all have had bad experiences and we have all changed salons and the news is spreading fast!

So much fun! everytime im in the salon the girls are so welcoming. I have been very cautious of other salons in the past as i am blonde but the girls at glow talked me through what i needed to do to get the perfect colour for me and how to keep it looking good in between visits.
very reasonably priced, would reccomend to everyone!

possibly the worst salon i have been too, sure its modern and nice looking i will give them that, but looks are very deceiving. my hair was not cut to how i wanted,way to short, not to mention the colouring that turned out looking like an 'at home' job. the worst experience was the staff, did not get offered a drink or coffee and my styleist just acted as if they didnt want to be there. when i went to complain to the managment, they did not seem to care that i was a paying customer and told me "they would speak to their staff". As i left i watched and herd them laugh and talk about me very innapropriatly. very expensive pricing that i might as well of thrown my money down the drain. i would not reccomend to anyone and if i could would give a -10. apsolutley appauled

  I apologise for you experience at glow, however i do not understand where this impression came from, If you had an issue with your stylist you should of said somthing as she is also the owner/manager of the salon and is always happy to hear feedback or accomodate unhapy clients.
  For whatever reason you may have been unhappy with the service in the salon, i do not belive that the girls here would ever talk about or ridicule a client.
  again, we apologise and hope that we hear feedback from you personally so we can help to understand mistakes that may of been made.

  Had near close to the exact experience. Disgraced and came out feeling like a joke. Service was rude to say the least, the coffee tasted horrible and my hair needed to be fixed by a bother salon. Will be spreading this experience !

wow what can i say..my friends were raving about glow hair and beauty so i decided to try it..i hesitated when i walked,thinking og god our they going to be good?and it looked more upmarket then the other salons in the area,what a nice suprise it wasn't expensive and the best thing is that "I got exactly what i asked for" (and better!) first time in 2 years a hairdresser actually gave me what i wanted not what she wanted to do!I want ever change salons,such a great experience i cant recommend this salon and the amazing service enough!
