Oh this experience was my worst of all I had till date. I bought this shellac nails voucher from dealme.com.au . Firstly they were very rude over the phone and would not consider any request over the phone. Secondly, inspite of me requesting that I have a kid and late nights won't suite me, still gave an appointment at 6pm. Fine. On the day of appointment I reached there 5 mins early as I knew that they were were very rude and might even cancel my deal if I got late by 5 mins.
First thing , I couldn't find any board of GoBella when I found the unit I realised that this seems to be a home business and I knocked the front door. No one came and then I called and said that its going to be a 20 minutes wait time but I will still take me in...wow what a kind behaviour!!! Then i was asked to remove my own nail polish from my nails as they won't do it because its a deal. Now that made me feel so bad that just because we buy a deal they will not give us the same service they would give at full price. Disgusting...infact its a cheating.

I had my 5 months old baby in the car while I was getting teh nails done. They initially said it will just take 30 min and ended up taking 1 hour 30 min. I was so stressed. Not professional .

Anyways that all was fine I was more interested in getting those shellac nails which looks so good. When my nails cut to short and was filed so badly...no shape at all.....I kept quite thinking it will finish it later. Then they applied the nail polish and while they were doing I realised it was spreading it all over, has no professional skills of doing the nails. I kept on saying that please check as I see the layer is not even and its all going out also they dint sealed the nail tips and they looked white.

All was over and then when I showed all flaws they started telling me that its because of the shape of my nails. Does that mean shellac is not for my nail type?. At the end tried to do the finish but it was all in vain. It was too late as the nail paint was cured and they forcefully tried to file and rip off some nail paint from side but that made it look even worse...and it filed so bad that I got a cut on my finger....I asked to stop as I couldn't take it anymore. They've handled my hands and feet and nails so badly that I felt as if I am a cheap. I wouldn't recommend anyone gobella!

When I asked how can they compensate for this bad nail paint, said can't do anything and not going to waste another hour redoing it...which means this is it .I had no choice but to go home with ugly nails. So I bought a deal which was worth it for making nails look ugly. :(. I cried .

If possible I will attach some pictures of my nails.

I also came upon Go Bella as a Groupon Customer.
First of all, there were apparently NO available appointments after purchasing the Groupon Voucher for full eyelash extensions for over a month. Although very frustrating, I thought that was a good sign since I figured they were popular or at least well established.

I arrived there 10 minutes early, but since it is a residence and there were NO signs for Go Bella, i was almost frantic. I thought I had written down the wrong address, and couldnt figure out where I had gotten lost. But then I saw a disgruntled person (im assuming a client) come out of the back yard, and I asked if the staff was in there and she pointed me to her. When I approached the staff, she said "Oh, I did not know I had any other appointments today since my computer broke down" which is understandable, but I was very skeptical.

As I have had eyelash extensions many times before, I though I knew what to expect. I was staring to get very scared after she put some kind of solution on my eyes and it stung like crazy. Then she put the "individual" eyelashes on way too fast. It usually takes at LEAST 45 mins to do a full set but she took 20 minutes tops. On top of this, she must have used low quality glue since it was very visible after she was finished and it hurt REALLY badly when i opened my eyes. She even had a friend call in the middle of my second eye and told her shed could meet her in 10 more minutes. Im assuming she then rushed from that point on since when i opened my eyes they were horrid. I could have done a much, much better job myself. There were massive clumps stuck together, the glue was SO visible, and they were going many different directions. Since I just wanted to get the hell out of there, i said they were great and left. At the station, I had to pull out many of them since they weren't even stuck to the bases of my lashes and were visibly about to fall off/going in weird directions/the glue was visible. After getting home, there was one clump that was still especially visible that had this white/grey glue on top of it which made them look incredibly cheap and ugly. I had to remove it but it was stuck to 7 of my own lashes. I tried to remove it gently, but ended up taking out those lashes and leaving a gap in the middle of my eye with no lashes. It hurt so badly, and I just hope they grow back.

I cannot believe how rushed she was. Having taken an hour to get to her place, I was shocked at the treatment. Yes, the staff was nice and friendly, but rushing my appointment into a 20 minute time slot was completely unprofessional. I have read some of the other reviews and I can see how you would have a great experience there had she been more careful while applying my lashes and had taken the time to put them on individually. However, my lashes were just basically lots of clumps together on one of my natural eyelashes, and I ended up removing at least half of them since they looked so bad. I will not return, and I do NOT recommend this place for eyelashes. Given the other reviews, I think it would be okay to return for other things, but if you want quality- do not go here.

    Hi,
I was introduced to Go Bella as a Groupon customer. Prior to making a booking, I was well aware there would be a wait to have services simply from the huge response to the promotion. I think a 2 week wait was very reasonable. More importantly, when I did attend my appointment I met a very passionate, caring beautician who runs her business in her own home and ensures the treatment room is dedicated to her customers. It is spotless, warm and inviting. The service is outstanding; devoting a full 2 hours to deliver the most amazing facial microdermabrasion and light therapy treatment I have received. Not to mention I did have something similar to this (without the microdermabrasion) approximately 5 years ago and paid more than 5 times the price at a salon. I was fortunate to have purchased the 5 treatment special and have returned twice and the results are amazing; with people frequently making comments about my skin. On my second visit, I took up the offer of the lash extensions and again, impeccable service was provided. They were attached perfectly, and despite 3 solid hours with me, Jennifer remained focused on delivering perfect results and ensuring I was comfortable at all times. Having a science background, I feel at liberty to ask Jennifer very detailed questions about her hygiene practices and I note responses display thorough knowledge of how she ensures her equipment is sterilised and maintained. Jennifer also reassures me she is council inspected and approved just like any salon. Overall, I am more than happy to travel a long distance, wait my turn and confirm my appointments on the day. The outcome is a devoted beautician who delivers amazing results and ensures you have her undivided attention for the duration of the service. I will be returning after the vouchers have been used up and intend to remain a regular customer.

I can't wait to go back I have since purchased the 2 hour facial special, and like you I am also willing to wait my turn as she is a one man show and very busy I plan to become a perm customer as well

    Hi all,
I'm a groupon customer and just had my lash extensions done, I did read the reviews below before purchasing the voucher (and was skeptical) but here was my experience:
Prompt email response to arrange an appointment, earliest appointment was 3 weeks away due to the overwhelming groupon response. Arrived at 8.45pm for my 9pm appt and was a little hesitant at going into someone's home. I knocked quietly as the adjacent houses were very close by, there was no answer so I sent a text to say I'd arrived and a polite young man answered the front door and advised Jennifer was finishing with a client and invited me to sit. I felt very welcome and the home was dimly lit like a dayspa with soft music playing. I met Jennifer and completed a very thorough customer information form that covered allergies and lifestyle details. I was very pleased that the previous client before me was a long term client and had just had her regular facial plus lash extensions for the first time, she was very happy and aside from slight redness her lashes looked luscious and natural.
The treatment room was spotless, smelt of vanilla candles, I was made comfortable and a soft blanket placed over me. Jennifer is the business owner and only therapist, there are no "staff" as previous reviews mentioned (it was her son that had opened the door to greet me). Aside from being a genuinely warm person, I was most impressed with how business savvy and successful Jennifer is combining a full time career in recruitment and running Go Bella. The email refrenced in another review doesn't match the intelligence and professional diligence that I experienced during conversation with Jennifer. My appointment went for 1 hour and 10 mins, the last 10 mins spent with Jennifer gently fanning cool air onto my watery eyes. I have extremely sensitive eyes and found Jennifer's technique smooth and fast, my eyes watered at the end of the session when the under eye pads were removed and stopped within 5 mins and I've had no irritation or soreness since. The result is 99% perfect... I'd like a 2-3 more on the inner edge of my right eye but that's just getting fussy! No glue clumps, all straight, lots of very fine lashes for a more natural look. I booked refills and a facial in 4 weeks time and really look forward to seeing Jennifer again. I won't be going back to Just Lashes ever again. Go Bella highly recommended!

I also purchased a Groupon Voucher and had the eyelashes put on 2 weeks ago. The experience was HORRIBLE!!! I was originally booked in for 7pm on a Wednesday night and when I arrived (driving all the way from Geelong mind you) I was told that apparently I had cancelled! Obviously I hadn't and then they proceeded to tell me that it was supposed to be 7AM, I opened my email on my phone to show that that is incorrect. The staff was disgustingly rude about the whole situation. She rebooked me for 9.30pm the next night. The application was very painful and my eyes were incredibly sore with a burning sensation for hours after, which she told me was completely normal? The eyelash extensions are so uncomfortable with them being sharp and stabbing my eyes each time I blink. I then emailed and called several times over a 4 days to book in to get them removed, with no reply! Once I finally did get a reply she advised me that I wouldn't be able to get in to see her for a week!! I would never go back, completely unprofessional, rude and an overall horrible experience!!!

After seeing an advertisement for go bella on groupon, I called go bella to enquire if I could obtain an appointment before my birthday. They advised that it should be possible and to purchase the voucher, send them the voucher details and they would confirm the appointment. They responded to my email (which also included my mobile number) advising me that I had an appointment at 4pm. I then arrived to my appointment and they advised me that they're unable to see me. Mind you I had travelled from Vermont to Williamstown which was 30 to 40 min drive. I asked why they had not advised me they needed to cancel, they claimed they didnt have my phone number (and didnt attempt to email me either). I advised that I had sent my mobile number to them (they had actually responded to the email previously anyway).
Staff began ranting about group on and all they care about it making money and asking if I wanted to see that they had someone in there for a 3 hour massage (mind you I hadnt actually said much by this point because I was rather shocked). The staff was very rude and aggressive and kept asking What do you want me to do?.
I was so upset with their behaviour (especially as it was my birthday too) that I walked off. The next day they emailed me trying to make an appointment, I declined this offer and requested a refund as I wasnt willing to deal with them again due to their attitude. I did not feel comfortable to redeem my voucher with considering their rude behaviour.
This was such a horrifying experience especially as I needed to get this dont for a special occasion which I had explained to them, and not to mention the waste in petrol and time.
Has no customer service skills or manners what so ever - I have also seen some rather shocking reviews of go bella too. Below is theiremail to me! Again they are not willing to take responsibility or even apologise.

    Good day Angela,
Please refer to Groupon for your refund as you bought the voucher from them.
Please note you decided to not come in when I asked you in, and the other lady did not show up or call to cancel so I could have done your lashes in the emergency you had on that day, however; you chose to leave the premise and not even come in to work out any issues on the diary.
I explained on the phone we had a very limited availability due to Groupon signing up two deals in one day and only giving me 2 weeks between deals up.
I had 400 ladies calling in that weekend to book in, so it may have been your birthday, but every other lady also had an eyelash emergency of urgency to also get in.
In future to ensure you do not have disappointments, when you buy a voucher it might be an idea to look up the business website for the address closer to your home, and hours of operation, and also availability which is a condition on the voucher subject to ect.
Planning ahead is a good idea for anything in your life moving forward.. just a bit of advice to avoid future disappointments and then blame others.

I had a voucher for a one hour massage and received only 45 minutes. As well as this, the management who runs Go Bella wore rubber gloves whilst giving me a massage and massaged my feet then proceeded to massage my face with oil-it was disgusting. It should be stated that this 'beauty service' is not in a salon, but at someones house. Avoid if possible.

Go Bella is wonderful. I initially started getting my 'glam' lash extensions just under 12 months ago and I really look forward to my refill appointments. I love my lashes and everyone else does too. Go Bella offers great value deals and makes pampering affordable to everyone.
