    I don't usually write reviews but felt I should given the bad ones below. I used Go Go by recommendation and found them to be really good. It's not a fancy service but you get what you pay for and I had no problems with my conveyancing. I asked about the bad reviews and they told me that they had one conveyancer leave just as two others went on holidays so things were tough for a few weeks while they got on top of the work. It all seems to be good now so I am happy to recommend them.

    AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS!!!
    YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
    Failed to deliver in time for contract!
    Absolutely no communication what so ever!.
    You get no calls from them. If you call them they never call you back and wont return emails.
    Refused to refund fee's
    Have lodge complaints with Dept. Fair Trading and The Legal Services Commisioner.
    I am about to take them to the CTTT ffor a refund.

    The firm is full of young staff who have no idea
    Staff keep quitting so your file will continuously be handed down to other staff.

    Will never ever recommend them to anyone I know, as a matter of fact I am planning to lodge a complaint to Fair trading with regard to their conduct once I am a little free. I was forced to exit contract with them 4 weeks before settlement and I have never had such a bad, bad customer experience.

    They have managed to delay my case by 1.5 months despite the fact I repeatedly told them that my settlement is due and I need their assistance so I can get onto my loan approval.

    The only ppl that is taking the phone calls are their receptions and 100% of time when you left a message, you are guaranteed they will never call you back.

    I initially requested them to handle one property transaction and one title transfer for me and both were accepted and handled by one person with no issue. I later found out that person left and it took a painful 2 weeks to find out who my new conveyancer would be.

    I was a little relieved when the new staff told me they were reviewing my cases and was ready to assist but quickly turned into silence and advised me my cases were suspended due to information conflict.

    It took another painfully two weeks for them to finally consulted with their principle and reverted back with an email, when I tried to explain to them I was at no fault, there followed with another email after one week advising me they weren't be handling my case at more. That was 3 weeks before my settlement!!

    More shockingly, they have charged me for those two emails at a $ 250 each and refused to refund my second case money where they have not even started to handle.

    DO NOT USE them, buying a home is enjoyable journey and you do not need someone like go go to spoil everything.

    To the management, if you are indeed looking into your service level, I hope you would give a satisfactory solution to my case when you are being approached by department of fair trading.

    These guys are total joke. They have delayed paying my stamp duty for over 1 month because the previous one who looked after my case resigned. It took one million emails and phone calls ( most to their reception ) to finally find out who will be taking over my case.
    When I tried to dispute the penalty I had to pay for delaying the stamp duty, their principle sent me another $ 250 bill because they had to spend one hour in writing an email to me by using legal term and convince me they were at no fault.
    Shame on you Go Go, you guys are a NO GO !!

    Hv recently used them to finalise an off the plan purchase and They prove to be the WORST conveyancer in the Sydney !!
    My files was changed hands at least 5 times because of ppl leaving and they obviously do not know what they are doing as no one seems to take serious responsibility of their clients' interests.
    There has been no customer experience whatsoever and if you want to talk to them about your concerns, you will never be able to get them on the phone and it takes days before you can get an email reply.
    I can hardly imagine this business will survive.
    DO NOT USE THEM if you want a smooth settlement for your property.

    Dont use these guys! We are a young couple who didn't really have any idea of the process. We had to learn very fast though using these guys as I pretty much had to deal direcly with the estate agent,and also had to keep calling to know what was going on. They even 'forgot' to give notice to vacate to our tenants, leaving us without our home for 4 weeks! Please invest your moneys elsewhere and don't use these guys

    We have just sold our house and purchased a new house and things all went smoothly with good communication and information from start to finish. Jennifer was a star! Going that extra mile for us which we really appreciated. We have no hesitation recommending Go Go and will definitely use them again when we need to.

    to - The General Manager I recently had two transactions go through your office - a sale and a purchase (performed simultaneous) Your firm did a great job from exchange through to settlement. Communications were clear and knowledge great. I want to pay particular compliment to Jennifer Nguyen - She was a great asset in the transaction - very professional and cordial in all dealings and solved all problems.     Thanks for restoring my faith in conveyancing solicitors! I have brought and sold a number of properties both in the UK and Australia and you are the first conveyancers I have ever used that I trusted and didn't have to chase up every 5 minutes. A big thanks to Jennifer who always responded quickly and kept me informed of progress the whole way. I will definitely be using you again.
