KANGAROO POINT DOJO

Monday & Wednesdays
Juniors - 5pm to 6pm & Seniors - 6pm to 7:30pm.

Goju Karate Australia offers Karate training for children and adults. All of our classes are conducted in a safe and supportive enviroment by fully qualified professional instructors and Japanese graded. We believe we offer the best Martial Arts instruction, life skillsprogram and training experience in a stuctured Karate class. Maybe we will see you soon at our Kangaroo Point Dojo.

Regular training allows a student to develop in a number of ways. One of the most important aspects is the development of a students instinct, as well as mental alertness and preparedness. In this way, the student develops the ability to read or anticipate potential dangerous situations and avoid them. Our students also develop the ability to understand his/her body and maximize their potential by using correct body mechanics and correct breathing techniques.
By training regularly and with commitment, a sense of self-discipline, courtesy and respect for others is also developed. This is an important aspect of the Goju Karate philosophy and is rewarded with encouragement, loyalty and mutual respect. We recommend training at least twice per week to see improvement.
