    Great atmosphere, delicious food, very filling. Did not see one person leave without a doggy bag. Great value for money. Will definitely be back.

    Agreed. There's nothing wrong with this Restaurant, and the staff are friendly, however, i wouldn't rate it nearly as highly as the first review-er.

    A good meal for a good price basically.

    I'm not to go overboard like the previous reviewer..

    But for a suburban Chinese, Golden Lake is pretty damn good. Service is quick if you need a work lunch and nice enough if you have the time to dine in. It's not an "awesome dining experience" but it is above average and you do get "more" than what you pay for. Good selection of lunch specials and my favs are the "Satay Combination" and the BBQ with Soy Sauce. Can't go wrong with the traditional Chicken in Blackbean.

    Got to be the best Chinese restaurant in Sydney. Service is friendly, servings are huge, and it is all reasonably priced. You definitely will not leave hungry! Come here at least half a dozen times each year, just an awesome dining experience.
