Gold's Gym Sydney, formerly Bayswater Fitness Surry Hills, is conveniently located just minutes from Central station, Oxford St & the Cafe Society of Crown St.

We boast a fully accessible gym in a central location-close to home, work and popular city Hotels, making it easy to attain and maintain your fitness goals.

Gold's Gym Sydney offers 3 air-conditioned levels, each with a dedicated work out area. 

Reception, Cardio Theatre and the NEW Gold's Pro Shop are all located on level 1. 

The Weights area is situated on the 2nd floor with a full range of resistance machines & free weights for all body parts. 

The 3rd floor contains the group fitness area with carpeted floors and large mirrors, beginners weight area, stretch area and boxing arena. This level also hosts a Massage Therapist and Private Pilates studio boasting the only STOTT Reformer of its kind in Australia.
