    I was after a particular product and asked the first staff member where it was located. After searching the shelves they admitted they had no idea and that I'd have to be served by the other staff member. Once I asked I, was bombarded with questions about why I needed it and told that I should be seeing a doctor, not just buying this product. I felt embarrassed as the other customers in the store now had a detailed knowledge of my ailment, and although I was eventually sold the product (at a price much dearer than elsewhere), I will NEVER return. Disgusting.

    Very friendly staff and knowledgeable pharmacists who take the time to explain and help, even when busy. I was treated with privacy and respect and will definitely return - thank you. They also sell Clarins makeup!
