-Review or set up your business's safety management systems for compliance with legislation by conducting an OHS systems audit and recommending compliance solutions. 

- Conduct worksite safety audits to identify hazards, assess risk  and provide risk control measures in accordance with current legislative requirements (standards and codes of practice).

- Investigate injury incidents to determine the cause and recommend risk control solutions to prevent further injuries.

- Manage worker injuries in consultation with Workcover Queensland to ensure workers return to work as safely and quickly as possible (rehabilitation planning).

- Become compliant with the Queensland Building Fire Safety Regulations by providing emergency preparedness planning including Building Evacuation Plans and diagrams, General Evacuation Instruction, First Response Instruction and evacuation exercise drills.

- Develop a safety culture in the workplace to not only meet your obligations under Queensland legislation, but more importantly, keep your employees safe.

- Facilitate worker/ management consultation as required under the Queensland WHS Act 1995 by conducting WHS meetings, discussion groups and information sessions.

- Provide in-house training to help your business keep workers working safely and management aware of their workplace obligations (for persons in control of a workplace). Topics include, induction training, incident investigation, worker compensation, manual handling, slip & trips, plant safety, chemical safety and a variety of other types of safety training.
