WOW. First time I have ever complained about a business but I'm at my wits end. The guys at Goodlife Logan keep charging me even though they agreed that this would not happen. When I called them to cancel my account, they talked me into suspending it - twice - and were not going to charge me again until I authorised them to do so. I NEVER SPOKE TO ANYONE and I have been charged now for 6 weeks and will be charged for another 4. I tried to cancel this the right way but obviously what they say on the 6:30 shows is correct. Very disappointed!

I love this gym. I've tried a few others in the area but just keep coming back to Goodlife. The staff are VERY friendly and helpful. The creche is fantastic and my children want to go there all the time, and often have no interest in leaving. They have a large number of group fitness classes, but on the downside, the variety seems to be lacking and sometimes far too many are allowed into one class (60+ in a Zumba class is just ridiculous). Parking there over the Christmas period is atrocious but the rest of the time is generally a breeze, and the equipment is new. The ladies only gym is a bit poky, but I rarely venture in there so it doesn't bother me. All in all, an excellent gym which I have been a member of for years, and plan to continue that way.
