    I had a quote for gutters and downpipes from them using their interest free terms. A few weeks after the quote they began ringing daily to book the job in. I signed the work order days before the 20% off ad campaign. The job was completed incomplete. I received a call say ing that I had to pay extra for flashing and other items that required doing but weren't in the quote. I refused this on the basis that I had asked for a professional to quote and these should not have been overlooked. I paid $80 extra for the rubbish to be removed and my household bin was filled overflowing with the tradesmans rubbish two weeks in a row. The tradesman returned under duress to complete the flashing etc. This is still not done properly and a major leak from the gutter flows each time it rains. I have yet to ring them again and get them out to finish it. As for the "Interest Free Terms" what a joke. You pay a monthly fee for the finance and each and every time you make a payment you are charged a service fee. Yes its in the Contract that I signed somwhere in the fine print. I have calculated that these fees over a year will equate to more then if I put it on my credit card and paid that interest. Next time I will use a local tradesman direct instead of a finance/advertsiing company.

    Had large colour bond veranda and roller shutters installed at our property.
    The veranda was exceptional value for money and the workmanship performed on construction by the single tradesman was perfection.
    If there was a small flaw or problem with materials the tradesman would not use the product and request new materials.
    I was astounded and amazed at the service and completed product and would highly recommend anyone to use this company.
