Hard to get your damaged items fixed/replaced by their insurance cover. Make sure you inspect EVERY item THOROUGHLY as it enters your house and note it on the logbook BEFORE signing and letting them leave. Because if you don't notice (until a short time) after they may not cover, even though they know they broke it and you have photos of the damage. The staff who packed our furniture/items obviously did not pack correctly. The insurance claim staff I had to deal with was the rudest I have ever had to deal with. The whole claim process is confusing and not enough communication due to having to claim online and wait until they contact you...Just does not work for the customer.
