Welcome to the Grange Veterinary Surgery. We offer full vet services and pet care for your dog, cat, bird or other exotic pets, and our staff will be happy to help you with any queries. We are also happy visit your pet at home. 

Grange Veterinary Surgery has been in operation at 12 Days Rd, Grange since 1987. Our principal veterinary surgeons are Dr Paul MacGinley and his partner Dr Leanne Litzow. 

Our team of dedicated staff is committed to providing the best service and information when it comes to the needs and care of you and your pet. 

Grange Veterinary Surgery boards cats! So for those times when you want to get away, please call us. Our rates are very reasonable.

Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm 
Saturday 8am to 12 noon 
Sunday 9am to 9.30am

    Dr Paul was recommended to me by a friend who has been taking her dogs to him for years. My dog had a ruptured cruciate and was quoted over $2000 for surgery elsewhere and Dr Paul performed the operation for a lot less. My dog is now walking well and without a limp, his service and manner were excellent making me very comfortable in his ability to perform this complex procedure, I would happily recommend him to anyone with a sick or injured pet.

    I have been taking my dogs and cats to see Dr Paul MacGinley for over 20 years. He is a fantastic vet with great nurses who have been with him for many years, this in itself a testament to the man. I have told numerous others about him over the years and they all love him. His advice is practical, he does not stuff around and gets straight to the heart of the problem. He loves his Dachshunds too! I would not go anywhere else and if you live in Brisbane you should too.
