Went last night for dinner. They had a thigh ass menu for $20 three courses for the value it was sensational. The staff are very helpful they sign me up as a member . For a club the place is very classy must go.
Really nice place. Nice atmosphere and very modern and clean interior. Very friendly staff, child friendly and its very cheap. They also have a nice back beer garden and a mini casino with some poker machines. Best of all, Good Value!! Really cheap for food, drinks and membership. I am definitely going there again.
As winglee said, the Graphic Arts Club is a definite oasis BUT not limited to workers, but local residents alike. A classy club with super friendly staff, I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit there this year, after living in Mascot for almost 5 years. I would definitely recommend the garden for special events.
Nice, friendly staff. we've been a few times as a family. As you might imagine, its a suave, savvy looking club with the latest of furniture and fit-outs. There's a nice waiting room with loads of lounges to sit on. To eat there's a nicely presented restaurant or a beer garden. Most of the venue is open-planned and well thought out. With the exception of the bar. they only have one bar, and if your having dinner, its a fair trek back to get a drink.
On another note, the menu for the restaurant was on an LCD Screen which looked great. The only problem was, the menu kept changing every few seconds to one of their adds, and it was VERY irritating to try and read!
As a family of six, we've ordered separately a few times and have ordered the fixed menu for a group once. The food is quite nice, but i found it a little pricey.
The Good: Nice looking Club Lots of room to wait (its not squashy) Beer Garden Different for its location
The Bad: Drink Prices Food isn't as good as you might expect for the price Menu is really, REALLY annoying
Great place to have a day time drink. They have a Balinese style beer garden out the back which is very pleasant to sit in. The interior of the club is quite upmarket as well with groovy looking lounges for seating in the bar area. Drinks are at club prices so its hard to complain. However I will just a little bit. I think the food is pretty ordinary and overpriced and I do find the incessant noise of the pokies, the TAB and the televisions quite annoying. Mind you I'm a girl. All the guys seem to be quite entranced by the televisions, so I guess thats personal choice. Nevertheless I'm giving this club a recommendation as it is quite a classy little club compared to most. And it is in a rather stark industrial area of Mascot and is a welcome oasis for all the workers in the area.
