    I had the worst travelling experience with this bus. I travelled from Adelaide to Melbourne on dec 2011. The staff were not just rude but they actually throwed my luggages and broke couple of my items kept in the bag. Also the worst part was the airconditioning. The staff kept the temperature really low and it was freezing cold inside the bus. We all had to take out our luggages to get our jumpers, but it didnt help us much as it was like in the middle of winter inside the bus. I was really angry and frustrated as couple of the passengers including me requested the staff to increase the temperature but the staff said they will not do that in a rough and rude tone. I was just waiting to reach melbourne to get out of that bus. I will not travel in this bus again and would never recommend this to anyone. But if you are really desperate to go in this bus, I would suggest you to take effective clothing to prevent yourself from freezing.
