I used to rate this place No.1, but has recently been over-taken by another joint. But nevertheless, this place still ranks amongst the best in Sydney, if not, Asia Pacific. Thick porkish soup that makes your lips stick - this is how good this place is. Also I love the way they make it - each bowl is individually taste-tasted using disposable spoons. Just awesome!

Wow, who would have thought a true Ramen Sensei would be found in such humble surroundings... I never thought a single bowl of Pork Ramen would fill me to the extent it did. My taste buds were at a constant high, as the broth, encircling the delectable Pork, slowly made its way to the bottom of the bowl. The price was great for what I got. I wish my mouth and stomach was bigger. 5 STARS!

This place is THE BEST! I get lunch and dinner here all the time. The soup is the best I've ever tasted and the noodles are great. It is also very reasonably priced, just $10.50 for a big bowl with pork, tonkotsu soup, bamboo, seaweed and plenty of condaments from the serve-yourself-condament bar (seasame seeds, chilli, pickled ginger e.t.c.). I always get the $1.50 soft boiled egg too. YUM!
