    This place is a little gem! Came in here quite by accident, as all the usual haunts were closed for the festive season. Really glad I did, as its now one of my faves. Great coffee. This is a must if you are a cafe wanting to make it in Northcote too many great places competing for the caffeine junkie dollar now!

    Not an extensive, but a nice menu selection. The chicken, coriander & chilli (just a hint) sandwich is sensational and huge. My other half and I both ordered this, and were surprised to receive two massive sandwiches each! So tasty, so filling and so cheap. Absolute bargain.

    Following our initial visit, we have now tried the Gypsy Plate, which is a plate of deliciousness. Has some home-style meatballs, a little eggplant dip, feta cheese, a rice stuffed tomato, olives and bread. Again really great value.

    Service with a smile even on the New Years public holiday when no one should have to work. This place also has the cutest little courtyard out the back. Very kitsch, and oh so very Northcote.
