Northern Sydney Home and Community Care (HACC) Development Officer

The HACC Program is a joint Commonwealth, State and Territory initiative under the auspices of the Home and Community Care Act 1985. The HACC Program is a key provider of community care services to frail aged people, younger people with a disability, and their carers. The overall objective of the HACC program is to enhance independence of people in these groups and to avoid or delay their premature admission to long term residential care through the provision of basic maintenance and support services.
