    I have recently had my car repaired with Hadwen's after my car was hit in a car prk at low speed. Pretty unhappy with the service. The car was returned in dirty condition. They had only washed the back half where the panel and paint repair was performed. The newly painted areas look thin and there are light patches present in discrete sections. The car had workshop dust throughout and required some effort to clean, and also new scratches are present on the roof along with some paint missing from the door handle. They don't seem interested in my concerns and have blamed me for the damage.

    Recently returned to Oz and had a terrible job of getting my Mercedes SLK-55 AMG converted from left to right hand drive in Sydney. Took my car to Hadwen's in Brisbane to fix parts of the bodywork which weren't aligned correctly and damaged during the conversion. They did a great job and now the car is back to its brilliant best! Staff and management were also extremely helpful in getting the car back to its original condition, thank you.

    If i could give negative stars I would - after 2 years the paint on the bonet is peeling/flaking off and I can see another layer of clear coat and color - I gather the car wasn't prepped/cleaned properly.

    Hadwen's repaired my Audi A6 last week and I cannot speak highly enough of how I was treated right from the quote through to the work through to the administration team.

    Poor repair job, and appalling customer service. Brought my vehicle under an insurance repair - They used a recycled bumper and painted over it & they did a rush job on the paint, to minimize booth time.
    When I complained the staff that worked their got extremely aggressive. I had to take my car back to the insurer in order to get it reworked on.
    Car no longer has factory finish :(

    IF you have a nice car DO NOT risk taking it here!

    Staff are trainee painters.. job was a week late! - the repair job needed to be taken back for adjustments to the paint work twice! NOT PRESTIGE!

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!.... ruined my new audi. Repair does not match factory paint color and finish.
