We spent over $2000 at Baby Haggle including a baby seat. We were told that as part of the price, we could get it installed. All we would need to do was call up to book a day and time...apparently. Several weeks had to pass because the staff that did the installations only worked Tuesdays, didn't do afternoons, was sick or on holidays. Finally we had a time that we had to rearrange our day to attend to only to be phoned and told the staff no longer did installations there at all and we would have to go to the Beverly store to get the job done. We argued for a refund considering they could not fulfill their obligations. This company has lost the balance between good value and good customer service and can be rude if you have a legitimate complaint. Will never shop there again -

We couldn't decide between two rugs and the salesperson told us that as one of the rugs had to be ordered in due to not being available in the size we required and if we paid for one in full, we could take them both home to ascertain which one was preferred and then return the other. (Obviously this was said just to get the sale, and naturally all staff denied any knowledge of the procedure when the time came) We will not shop at any of the this stores groups as we feel they have no integrity once the sale has been made. I personally don't have a problem with not being able to take both rugs but I also work in sales and never promise what I can't deliver. Poor form.
