Yes, there's lots of chocolate - and yes it's tasty, and yes, it's a SA icon. I'm just not sure all that is worth the price. Take visitors there if they're paying ;-)

Excellent chocolate & very friendly staff. Often offer free chocolate tastings when you buy something which, of course, makes you want to buy that too! Price is great for top of the range chocolate and they have fantastic Christmas wrapped chocolates.

Great chocolates, and generally great service. Often see the guys serving starting up conversations with tourists in a friendly manner. I would say on top of great chocolates, they are great ambassadors for SA Tourism.
