ABSOLUTELY best experience! I was treated so well and was well looked after. Ann is truely an amazing hairdresser. Im always reluctant to try new hairdresses but honestly i was extremely impressed on how well she matched my hair colour, which is a vibrant red! Not a easy colour to match! Not only did she match my colour Ann uses top notch products that don't damage your hair! Bonus! my regroath is black and she didn't even need to bleach to achieve this colour so my hair is much more healthier! The relaxed ambiance of her store is a pleasure to be in, I Can't wait to return. 10 out of 10! -

Through referral we visited Anne for preparations for my daughters wedding prior to that I had a re-style colour cut and blow-dry and I was wrapped. It is the first time in a long time that I was able to manage my hair style without a lot of fuss and effort. I have now referred other family members. -

I was lucky enough to be asked by my Hairdresser Anne to try out the new Keratin Smoothing therapy. Everybody who knows me knows that my hair is not only very curly but extremely frizzy. I am not one to enjoy the daily painful task of drying and straightening my hair so I decided it was worth a try. I must admit that I was very skeptical of the whole thing as I could not believe that anything would work on my hair and/or that it would not damage my hair in the process. The whole process took about 3 hours and that was only because my hair is thick and there is soooo much of it :-) Boy was I wrong. Here I am with wonderfully smooth hair and now all it takes is about 5 - 10 minutes to dry with a hair dryer and 1 minute with a hair straightener. Previously it took 10-15 minutes to dry and at least 20 minutes to straighten. This is why my hair was left curly a lot of the time. Another plus is I don't need to worry about the weather as even when it rains my hair stays smooth - no more frizz. Not only is my hair smooth it looks and feels healthy, I have had so many compliments since having the Keratin treatment. I am hooked and will definitely be having the treatment again as I don't think I can go back to those bad hair days again. -

I just wanted to write and tell you how much I love my hair since having The Keratin Smoothing Treatment done. I love getting out of the shower & having hair that is no longer frizzy & dry but now it's soft, smooth & silky. This product is fantastic. I was very skeptical at first thinking how could ones hair look freshly blown after washing. Well I am thrilled to say this has changed my life. I get out of the shower and simply towel dry and comb straight and leave my hair to dry naturally. It is unbelievable. The treatment took 3 hrs and worth every minute as it saves me so much time now. I would definitely get this treatment again. I am willing to convince any skeptics out there who like me, had frizzy lifeless long hair and felt like they have been a slave to their heads! Keratin Smoothing Treatment is amazing! Thanks so much Anne - you are beautiful. -

Hi Anne, I just wanted to drop you a note and say that our family really love your hair salon. My three boys feel really special when they visit you. They say that you really care about them and compared to where they went before (the barber), they always look forward to coming back. What you have done with my hair is perfect. I love the fact that you are located in a small shopping block in Annangrove because when I was going to Castle Hill, it took ages to get a car park and the crowds just make me feel stressed. I am a mother with a 2 year old son, I am studying part-time and I am a bookkeeper for my husband's business. As you could imagine my time is limited. So when it comes to styling my hair, a simple bun or ponytail was the quickest fix. However, since having the Keratin Complex, I can now wear my hair out more often, with little fuss. It now takes me 10mins to blowdry my hair, when previously it took me between 25 to 35mins. Another benefit is, if I still do not have that 10mins to blowdry my hair, I can let it dry naturally and it still looks great i.e. it is not frizzy or fluffy. Keratin Complex is a product I highly recommended for anyone especially those who are time poor. Thank you Hair by Anne, you have truly made a significant difference in my life. -

Thank you Thank you Thank you. I am so happy that you moved your salon to the local area and that I found you. I would recommend Anne to all of my friends and family. Anne really listens to what you want and ensures that you leave her Salon with what you wanted - I love my new style and colour. My children also have had their hair cut there, and she was very attentive to my 15 month old boy who has A lot of crazy hair. She worked her magic and gave him a cut so he still looks like a toddler not a trendy teenager and managed to tame his hair.
