 Carly Spring has over 13 years experience as a qualified hairstylist beginning her career in 1997 with Toni & Guy in Sydney. After refining her skills she traveled to the UK in 2001 where she took on the role of Head Colour Technician with Essensuals, part of the Toni & Guy group. Whilst working with Essensuals she was quickly recognised as an expert in her field and was asked to teach at the Toni & Guy Academy in London. She taught and inspired students, whilst continuing to work in the salon until 2005 when she decided to take the plunge and start up on her own. With her undoubted reputation she was successful from day one, renting a chair in the bustling London suburb of Soho. 

Carly returned to Sydney in late 2008 where she has established herself in funky premises in the heart of Surry Hills, only a short walk from Central Station. With her unique sense of style, Carly takes the time to provide a personalised service that now seems so lacking within the industry.
