I visited the salon on the weekend and I just want to thank all the girls in the salon what a great job you've done a full transformation I love my rapunzel hair! its such a shame other people have had a bad experience.. the total opposite to what I had! from the moment I walked In to the moment I left every member of staff was so friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressured at all into buying anything that's a stylist job to recommend aftercare products so their creation stays amazing as when the stylist does it. although im goin to leave the good work to them haha I am back in the weekend to have my hair styled you wont be able to get rid of me girls haha -

Worst business I have ever had the misfortune to come across.
I went with a friend because there was a great deal on a coupon website. We arrived at our 9AM appointment on time and were asked to come back in ten because they were still having their morning staff meeting - WTF?
From the moment we stepped foot in the store, the entire staff did not stop trying to get us to buy stuff. List of things they tried to get us to buy: 2 brands of Shampoo and conditioner, treatment, essence, blow dryer, flat iron, hair mask and I can't even rmb what else.
At the end when we were paying my friend felt so pressured to buy something that she ended up buying a small bottle of shampoo. The staff was so obviously angry that I had stood my ground and refused to buy anything, that they thrust me their business card and said I quote "Well come back next time and buy them then." Absolutely ridiculous.
I was getting my hair coloured and then treated with keratin. The staff who coloured my hair didnt even shampoo the dye off my hair properly. Every other salon washes at least twice when you get colour done, they only washed it once and didn't even do a thorough job of it at that.
The "keratin treatment" took forty minutes to complete. I've since had it done at a different more reputable hair salon and it took almost four hours and the effects were infinitely better than the time I did it at Hair By Nivine.
I tell everyone I can that they should avoid this place like the plague.

oh that's such a shame we both had two totally different experiences in the space of a few days are you sure it was the bondi junction salon? as they don't open till 9:30am the whole of westfield shops don't open till 9:30am!5 days ago - 16/05/2013

hair by nivine!!!! OMG AMAZING!
the ladies that looked after me were great. they provided me with an excellent colour service and fresh new cut. I am so happy with it and will defiantly be returning to hair by nivine :) thank goodness they showed me how to use after care products correctly and what I should be using very very helpful. I feel like I just stepped out of a magazine my hair feels amazing! -

Really uncomfortable experience! I only went for a blow dry because I was desperate and everywhere else was booked. So pushy staff, I was told to write down my details because otherwise they couldn't put it through the computer, seriously??
$50 for a blow dry no curls just straight!!! Trying to sell me products like there is no tomorrow although I told them I just purchased good shampoo at my own hairdresser last week! Will not return- much better salons out there!!! -

I was a loyal customer however every time I went their the price just kept going up! They don't care about the customer. A good salon would know its regular clients and wonder why they arent returning! Or follow up with a phone call!. to all the guys at Hair by Nivine including herself.....
Firstly id love to say i had the best service within the salon from the minute go,
Now theres so many hair salons around Bondi, I was given a Gift voucher to redeem for my birthday.
I walked in with chocolate brown hair and wanted to try something different,
i was consultated and given many opinions on what would suit me until Nivine told me about the Balyage, I wasnt too keen however her vibe just made me trust her from the minute go...
However the staff kept asking me if i wanted soming to drink or perhaps coffee which was polite, never been to a salon where the staff provide this.
Any how it took a couple of house but with their time and dedication i was more happy than that.
Finally looking in the mirror and noticing the change, they blow waved my hair with style and it LOOKED FABULOUS!!!!
I was also recommended colour care products in order for me to maintain the health and colour of my hair, i appreciated that...
I never knew how much these hairdressers cared about HAIR?..
Looking at these reviews from others kept a stop inside me, however i know they looked after me to every of my expectation,
Ill be definitely going back, HAIR BY NIVINE, you sure earnt me...
Im in love with my colour, lets just hope the date with this guy i told you about goes well...
ill keep you posted when im due for my next colour appointment..

I have very frizzy hair and I had a keratin voucher and went in to have it done at Hair by Nivine Bondi Junction and previously i have had keratin treatments in alot of salons but i absolutely love keratin treatment that Hair by Nivine do this one its organic and the staff are very helpful it is an excellent product and it made my hair so shinny and smooth that i can let it dry naturelly without having to do anything to it would highly recommend it !!! -

I went to hair by nivine to get a color my hair was black and wanted to go lighter alot of other hairdressers said that it cant be done well you now what it can and they did an amazing job will be going back there i finally found hairdressers that now what there doing i love my new look and i had there keratin treatment was fantastic i though i would have to cut my hair but i didnt have to my hair is so shinny and frizz free thanks to Hair By Nivine highly reccomend them and the girls a friendly and the service was great!!!! -

FAB! I recently visited the bondi store in westfield as i always pass the salon and thought id give it a try. Candice looked after me with the help of Stacey too they made me feel a millions dollars! I always feel intimidated going into nice salons with gorgeous girls but they well and truly demolished my judgements! I never know what products to use or how to look after my hair so they recommended a full range of stuff to use at home. they also tried clip in extensions in my hair as Ive always wanted that sexy bouncy look i was amazed at the transformation i had to buy them!!!! I cannot wait until my next visit i had such a relaxing time and enjoyed every last minute! Thank you Candice and Stacey for making my experience at hair by nivine one to remember xxxxx
