I had a keratin treatment there, but the service was just unbelievable bad. They were not careful with my hair and often pulled my hair to be painful. The staff were not very friendly too. They only care to promote their products. When they were doing the blow dry for me, over heated my skin a few times. I mentioned to them, but they keep doing the same without apologies. It was the worst experience for me in Sydney. -

I got my hair done at Hair By Nivine yestrday i had a keratin treatment , color and cut and it was great the girls were amazing ive had my keratin treatment there last time and i loved it the service is always great and the color and keratin is fantastic i love it my hair is so shiny thanks to the girls at hair by nivine for they introduced me to there organic keratin treatment and now im loving having smooth healthy shinny hair would definately go back and recommend the salon to everyone !!!!! -

Im so happy that ive finally found a hairdresser that i LOVE!!!! i walked in asking for a simple colour but was suggested to by one of the girls that i should go lighter. I had foils, bought extensions and have never felt better! they know what theyr talking about ladies, everyone should go in there with an open mind and in response to the review before me; maybe you should appreciate that they werent being fake and told you the truth about your hair? im sure if you did cut it, it would indeed look and feel much healthier. LOVE THEM LOVE THEM LOVE THEM!! -

I had a bad service experience at Nivine. Told I had to have a treatment before they would do my hair-up because they were running behind...then charged me for it! My style turned out nothing like I wanted as it took 3 different hairdressers to do my hair as they were busy with other clients and kept swapping around. Extremely unprofessional business.
