    Unfortunately I found them to be difficult when trying to make an appointment for my step daughter and I using a deals.com.au voucher. After calling 4 times and being told they do not have an appointment book for 2012, they promised to return my call when they did and didn't. My final call to them rudely saying that there were no appointments for the next 3 months available to voucher holders and they didn't want to see either of us, then they hung up. I am happy for them that business is going so well that they can refuse two new clients who were willing to give their business a go.
