We accept reviews and comments which appear to be legitimate, honest and based on first-hand experiences with businesses.

We reject reviews and comments if they:

    THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! I am a hairdresser of 9 years experience, I walked into the store to buy some peroxide there was no one on the shop floor so after waiting 5 mins I asked the stylist at the back of the shop if she could help me. She ignored me at first then just turned round from her customer (who she was cutting) and threw me a look that could kill, I apologised, and then asked her if she had any universal activator (as most hairdressers know some peroxides aren't compatible with some colours) she answered "yes" in a huffy way as if I was asking a ridiculous question. She plonked it in my hand turned round and walked off.
    I wanted to pay for it but still there was no one on the shop floor. After waiting another few minutes at the desk a staff walked in from outside straight past me and stood behind the till, she didn't say hello or look at me. She scanned the product then after an uncomfortable silence looked up at me with a what do you want look, 'um, I'm sorry but how much is this please?' she replied with the amount no please no thank you and still with an attitude that made me feel like I was asking very silly questions. Before I had taken the product she just walked off no goodbye. the only words she said was the amount!
    Now I know I am ranting on but after 10 years customer service I was stunned at how bad it was and the looks they gave me made me feel like I had done something outrageous! I would never recommend anyone go to this shop!
