    While the colour was ok, the service was just horrible!

    An apprentice staff was rude and took 20 minutes to remove the foils.

    The hairdresser left my hair half wet beacause they ran out of time and had to attend to other clients, yet still charged me full price.

    When I got home an tried to dry and brush my hair, a lot if it snapped and fell out beacuse the colour was left for loo long.

    I also caught a cold from walking around with wet hair on a chilly day :(

    The salon itself was neither clean nor inviting, one of the worst I have seen, yet prices were higher than my usual hairdresser.

    The management does not know when to stop talking. Loud, bogan and uninteresting remarks just about everything.

    I have very thin and straight hair, so I am very fussy, due to the fact that every mistake shows up. I went there and Mary did my foils (the best I have ever had) I then made the mistake of trying another salon recommended by a friend and they wrecked my hair. I have since returned to Hair Emporium and Tegan did the best cut I have ever had and also fixed up my foils. I will never go anywhere else again, well worth the 45 min drive to get there..

    Went there recently before christmas and although they were flat out and I didn't have an appointment, fit me in for foils cut and blowave. Absolutely the best foils I've had! They have won me over!

    The hairdresser was fan-tabulos (or in other words great). Mary and the girls are lovely people. While I was getting my hair cut with foils I was offered a cup of coffee (which was just what I needed) and biscuits, now that's what I call service! I'll certainly be coming back. I was very impressed with the result. A big thumbs up. Keep up the good work because I'll certainly be coming back!!

    Hairdresser kept interrupting my cut and colour to walk away and gossip with staff members. Also walked away during my colour application to fix the coffee machine, which resulted in my cut and colour taking double the average time to complete.

    When I asked for a trim I ended up with the back of my layers cut into a blunt bowl cut around ear height, with the rest of my hair length at my chest. Very jagged and uneven. I asked for lighter brown thin highlights, to which they gave me thick orange-bronze chunky tips. Completely butchered my hair, to which I was extremely upset. I will never return.

    Hairdresser is lovely and friendly but she talks far too much!! An appointment that she said would take 30mins (a trim) took over an hour because she kept getting sidetracked with other people and talking all the time. She made me late for my next commitment. This also happened to a friend of mine who took 2 1/2 hours for highlights and a trim which should have taken 1 1/2 hours. Her boyfriend was pretty angry at having to wait so long.
