    I agree with Malibu88, that seems to happen me every time too. A half head of foils and a cut always takes at least 3 and a half hours, by which time I'm over it or have run out of time and opt not to get it blow dried properly.
    I find them very expensive too and I seem to get charged more every time I go, despite the fact that I always get the same thing done. That would be ok if I loved the end result, but I've never really been that happy with it and have mostly left disappointed.
    I'm trying another penrith salon today so fingers crossed.

    Went into this salon about 2 weeks ago for foils and a cut and walked out very upset with the colour.

    The salon seems to cram as many clients as they can in during the day , but it takes the staff away from you and i did not feel like i was given enough time with the staff.

    I had asked for blonde foils in my hair and the foils were not put right to the scalp so i looked like i had regrowth already and i had just paid 180 dollars for foils.

    I was there for over 3 hours and did not even get my hair styled properly as i could not wait any longer.

    I walked out with wet hair and feeling less than glamorous.

    I have had to go to another hair dresser to fix the colour in my hair , that was a orangey colour and not what i desired.

    I will not return to this salon as i feel 3 and a half hours in a salon and not even have your hair styled by the end of it because you had to wait so long is ridiculous.

    I went in there for eyebrow and eyelash tint and eyebrow wax, adn it was really good, the staff was really friendly and it was priced really well!
    BUT I went back in to get my hair trimmed and some layers put in and was not impressed, the hair cut was ok, but was not worth the $70 I paid for it, especially since I was in and out in under 30 minutes.
    I'll probably go back for eyebrows and eyelashes, but will be going somewhere else next time for a hair cut

    since they moved they have some of the worst customer service in Australia.. management got too busy trying to be fancy they gave up on actually giving good hair services. I was a loyal customer but i wont be back - they got to big for there own good.

      I hope you can appreciate we have been operating in the new shop for only 2 weeks now and have been overwhelmed with the response from the penrith public but we will not make excuses.
