I will never get my hair done here ever again! The worst salon experience of my life! I asked for a colour and I walked out with a colour that wasn't even close, almost 4 HOURS LATER! The Hair stylist who did my hair was rude and didn't want to hear me out when I told her that I wasn't happy with the result! The only good thing about the salon was the fact that the owner tried his best to help with my complaint and he gave my partner a free men's cut and I was also given a product worth $50 free of charge. Even though I am happy with how I was treated in the end, I would never go there again for any hair or beauty services.

I dont know where my last comment went but this is a fabulous Salon, Ive been going to since they opened their doors, Mandy the senior stylist has a skill and quality about her work that is second to none, Ive lived and worked on 4 continents too, so I think my opinion is the only one worth reading here, the Beauty Therapist who is inside that Salon is a rude, who not only scarred my face but managed to nearly wax off my eyebrows. This salon is vibrant and fresh and always jammed packed. Their prices are competitive and their product range is extensive. I have unruly curly hair that I hate and cannot manage and I love , love , love my trips to my Fabulous Hair Dresser who can always fix my hair and make me feel fabulous at the same time....who needs more than that in a Hair Dresser ? I know I dont . Love ya Hair Happens , cant wait to be there again next month xxxxxx

  This is an active Salon , who are always inundated with clients.... Young , fresh, pleasant staff ...always ready with a smile... I have never been unhappy with the service, yes , they are busy and slightly run off their feet most days, my only negative comment is about the beauty therapist ...would have be the worst who constantly tries to undermine the Management and the beauty therapy skills are quite questionable, beauty therapist is rude and most unprofessional ..I suggest that beauty therapist find another salon to work in as that person is giving Hair Happens a bad name, all the unpleasant and untruthful comments on this site are from that beauty therapist's clients. I love hair happens, my hair is always styled exactly the way I want and their prices are quite reasonable considering their rent. The staff are welcoming and professional despite the work overload, trying to accommodate as many customers as possible.

well I have to say that this is the worst hair salon I have ever been too sorry to say I was fed up with the service that I was provided with. I was happy to get my hair done on a Saturday morning as it does state no appointment required. I was left at the hair wash sink for half an hour to get my hair bleached and staff just walked by and the other staff told me someone will be with me in 20min wait near the sink to have my hair done I was waiting for half and hour so I walked right out and went to another hair salon which I was happy to pay $400 dollars for my hair to be done.

If going to the hairdressers for some quiet pampering is what you are looking for then this may not be the place for you....While having my hair done a verbal fight broke out with the senior hairdresser running the place and the beauty therapist. Very scary....and oh so unprofessional.....plenty of other hairdressers around i am planning to visiting....

  everybody has their good days and their bad, sorry you feel this way and feel the need to post this on the internet. In support for this salon, I honestly think your wrong... it's a vibrant, modern and friendly salon, owned by wonderful people who are succesful with every part of their business, so please don't try and ruin this reputation by writing useless information that degrades such a wonderful salon..

  I agree also! The manager is not pleasant at all and unprofessional in front of clients. She recently was yelling on the phone the other day to someone on the phone with clients in the shop. Of course they are going to post and say whatever to keep their credibility in tact but the majority of comments are all negative and the same in the complaints about the salon. Plenty of other salons happy to do a good job and act in a professional manner to make clients feel like a VIP so they can gain a loyal following from clients.
