    My daughter suggested I go to this place as they were cheaper than most. Upon arrival, I requested a trim and to have my roots done. I was sent to a chair, and a staff turned up with bleach in hand. When I said just my roots, the staff said no, I would have a dark streak and needed 15 foils. The timer was set for 30 minutes, after another staff had done my roots. I was concerned, because my hair processes quickly and is dry. After 30 mins, my head started to get a burning sensation. 5 more minutes passed before someone decided to wash off the colour. Not until the conditioner was applied, did the burning sensation stop. When I left, I thought I was happy with the colour until the toner wore off. A week later, and my scalp is still itching. My hair is like straw. My prior hairdresser took the time to discuss my needs and my hair was still soft despite the bleach.
    This place is cheap, but so is the service. I will definitely go back to paying more but having the care and nice hair. My daughters hair is also looking like straw, but she likes the prices.
    There is a lot to be said for hairdressers that take the time to assess your hair and needs. This place attacks you with bleach the minute you walk in!!

    I was waiting inside the shop about 10 minutes for my wife to finish having her hair cut and styled as I had the money to pay for it and a staff member came over to where I was seated and said that the manager said that I had to leave as I wasn't getting my hair cut. There was plenty of seating inside the shop for their customers. Although there is seating outside the shop there was no available seating outside the shop at that time and I had to wait around outside the shop standing up for them to finish doing my wife. When she finally was finished they refused to come out to me to get the money from me and then let me in the shop to pay for her service. So, it's OK for them to let me in to pay but not OK for me to wait inside the shop towards the end of the service for my wife. I told them of my complaint. When I asked for a receipt for my wife the woman serving her grabbed a business card and wrote Package 1 $85 on it and did not sign or date the card.
