    I came to this establishment several time. The last 2 times Jess, my hairdresser, managed to seriously mess up my hair.

    When I came a few months ago she didn't listen to anything I asked her and my haircut was horrible!!! I had to ask her to put down the scissor because it was horrible and I was crying.

    I came back last week because your salon is the only place I know that does Japanese straightening. I got it several time in the past and my hair were amazing. The last time I got was 6 months ago. But this time, my hair are totally burned and it looks disgusting!!!! I had to cut my hair very short so I don't look like witch....

    Nonetheless that but she overcharged me and when I ask why it was so expensive she just told me it was the price, even if it was a 100 dollars more than in the past!
