Great experience. Needed a colour correction on my blonde hair after a series of over-blonding disasters. Jodie knew exactly what to do and the team worked together to fix my colour. I was so impressed. They squeezed me in - and I had never been there before. Will definitely be going back. My hair looked a 1000s times better - and I was extremely happy. Thank you! Highly recommend!!!

Bad experience(not so much the staff more about the hair, staff were friendly). Lucky it was only a blow dry. Walked out looking like I had just woken up not sure what they were trying to achieve. After asking for smooth curly hair and watching them do their fav 'Messy look' I walked out looking like fraggle rock! Plus they tried telling my my hair can't be curled with a round brush, i have never had a problem. $45 late I was really upset when i got home I had 30 Mins to be out to dinner. I tried to fix it and had to rewash and blowdry it my self. I called and left a message explaining how unhappy I was but I never got a call back. In my opinion they are unprofessional and rude obviously they don't really care too much about the business or clients.

  We are so sorry you had a bad experience - please let us try again at no cost to you. As you were in on a Saturday we did not get the message until Tuesday morning so we were definitely not avoiding you. We are open Tuesday and Thursday night as well as Tuesday through Saturday - speak to Clayton and book in with him, unfortunately not all hairdressers are good with Blow dries and GHDs!.
